Do you speak English?

Yes. You can call or message me in English at any time, and we can go through the whole process in English.

What happens after I fill in the form?

Your request comes straight to me. After reviewing it, I get back to you the way you chose: on WhatsApp or by phone. Your details are used only for your request.

Are the market analysis and value estimate really free?

Yes. There is no fee for the analysis or the value estimate, and neither commits you to any contract.

Do you need to see my home for the value estimate?

Yes. For an accurate value I always see the property in person. Once I receive your request, I'll contact you to arrange a day and time that suits you. The visit is also free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Do you provide official valuation reports?

No. Only valuation experts licensed by Türkiye's Capital Markets Board (SPK) can prepare valuation reports that are valid for official purposes such as bank loans, court cases or inheritance. What I provide is a market value estimate based on an on-site visit, market data and comparable listings. If you need an official report, I'll point you in the right direction.

How much is your fee?

The service fee is set within the legal limits of Türkiye's Regulation on Real Estate Trade (Taşınmaz Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelik). It is agreed openly in a written authorisation agreement before we start, so there are no surprises.

Do you only work in Çekmeköy?

I work mainly in Çekmeköy, especially in Ekşioğlu, Güngören, Çatalmeşe, Nişantepe, Sultançiftliği, Alemdağ, Taşdelen, Reşadiye and Ömerli. I also work in the neighbouring districts of Sancaktepe and Ümraniye. If you're looking somewhere else, message me anyway and let's see how I can help.
